BetterJPEG 3.0.4.0 (Repack & Portable)

BetterJPEG (Repack & Portable)  is a JPEG photo editor that allows you to avoid losses from re-compression. The program uses the fact that JPEG images consist of independent blocks and does not recompress unmodified areas of the image, while maintaining the original quality of JPEG photos.

 • Lossless crop (arbitrary sizes, preset sizes / ratios)

 • Red-eye removal. Better JPEG doesn't just desaturate or replace the pupil color, but uses an algorithm
    to remove the red component without changing the rest of the channels, while maintaining naturalness. He also
    performs antialiasing, which avoids the effect of a ladder on the edges of the processed pupil. Sensitivity
    and degree of dimming are adjustable. The image outside the editable area is not compressed.
 • Copying/pasting sections to/from an external editor allows for advanced editing
    of individual sections without full compression.
